About the Position – Regional Retail Manager

We are expanding our team and are therefore seeking a new team member for the Oslo region.

As an Regional Retail Manager, you will be responsible for retailers and operators representing Sony’s consumer products within your assigned district. You will report to the Field Sales Manager (FSM) and work towards achieving Nordic targets related to product visibility, sales, and training.

Key Responsibilities
As an Regional Retail Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering training on Sony’s consumer products to retail partners.

• Ensuring the achievement of sales targets within your assigned stores.

• Following up on campaigns and activities organized by the FSM.

• Building and maintaining Sony’s brand presence and value within retail environments.

• Conducting regular follow-ups with retailers regarding sales performance, relationship development, and support.

• Creating engagement and ensuring that Sony’s products are well-received by in-store staff.

Qualifications

• Higher education and/or proven sales experience with documented results, preferably within retail.

• Valid driver’s license (B).

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to confidently address large audiences.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong relationship-building skills.

• Interest in technology.

• Flexibility to travel and stay overnight when required.
